To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

djobigboss Pre-Searing Cadet Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Thornton, CO Guild: Dark Jedi ORder Profession: W/Mo	Guild Options Seeing that this is more along the lines of a guild based game i would like to see the guild options grow and expand. Some of these ideas are: 1 As guild leader you can controll every aspect fo the guild. I mean this in terms of being able to rename he ranks within the guild so it fits a guild more. Also be able to limit what a guild officer can or cant do. 2 Give each rank in a guild something that a basic member doesnt have. Basically you have something on the cape or on your character that shows you are the officer/leader of a guild to other players and guild members. 3 My final idea is to be able to create a ladder system of ranks within the guild. This I believe will give more depth to a guild and even show some compition within the guild to help them become greater, it also can show loyalty and dedication within the guild
